I think it’d be more accurate to compare it to how you felt when you summoned Asmodeus. You were scared of losing her and everyone else you cared about. You were watching her and A fade. Fox, too, I think. You panicked and tried to do something that might help.
Judging by Intensity’s reaction she didn’t think very deeply about how he might feel about her answer to the problem, either. Seems like the same kind of situation she objected to with you to some degree. I didn’t make the comparison to her face, but it’s one of the reasons I was willing to tell her I thought she was being stupid.
It's not really the outcome that bothers her, though. Honestly if she were mad about the trial and Future is Now and AlcheME dying there it'd make a lot more sense to me. But that's not what gets her.
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
Thanks.
Though I guess I might need to leave again,
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
No problem. Seems rough out there, today.
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
Haa... people's priorities are always a little dependent on something or another.
[gonna sit where her feet are]
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
[Does that mean she can use him as a foot rest]
I probably shouldn't have tried talking to Maki.
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
but... sighs.]
Yeah... that's why I just kind of left off with "we should talk", mostly.
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
[time to take advantage of Joker-the-footrest]
I'm not even that mad about it. I just think it's really stupid. But I wasn't in the mood to list all the reasons why for her.
[so like. Shrug???]
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
[i mean, it'd probably also feel familiar to the desperation that lead to him summoning Asmodeus but like. lol memory loss.]
Just a way more extreme way of going about it.
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
She knows]

Re: Day 112, morning-ish
[mostly because lacks the ability to back it up]
Besides which... the outcome for that was more all around hurt for everyone.

Re: Day 112, morning-ish
[she made that point pretty clear.
sighs and... gonna actually start playing with Silk's feet. sorry not sorry your footrest is mobile.]
Well. I just hope she fares better than I did, in that case.
... is it weird that I'm worried? After...
[well you know.]
--actually, nevermind. I'm keeping you up.
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
No. I was, too. So was Thorn. I understand how she feels. This was just...the wrong way to deal with it.
[also her foot twitches a little bit when he starts playing with it. Can a demon have ticklish feet? Maybe.]
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
because like
not sure how to approach the Being Worried About Person Who Killed A Part Of Your Heart thing
so testing for ticklishness is a welcomed distraction.]
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
Her toes twitch again!]
What are you doing?
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
[oh noooo this is cute.
more tickling.]
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
WORTH IT EVEN IF HE GETS KICKED]
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
and her leg kind of jerks
and she may end up kicking him squarely in the chest. Though she's not actually trying to do that. But. You know. Reflexes.]
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
kick to the chest has him stopping the tickling, but half of the reason for that is that he's also laughing.]
Re: Day 112, morning-ish
Tries to look offended but fails tbh.
Is definitely blushing a bit, though.]
You had that coming.
